2. Website access and hosting

Requesting pages, images, videos and other files involves processing technical connection data. This includes your IP address, the time and destination of the request and browser or device information where transmitted by your browser. This processing enables delivery of the website, error diagnosis and protection against misuse.

We use Replit for hosting. Recipients of technical data may include Replit, Inc. and the infrastructure and security providers used to operate the service. Our legal basis for providing and protecting the website is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website.

Technical data is processed for as long as needed to operate the service and investigate incidents. Replit states a retention period of 30 days for regular application logs. This does not mean that all security or infrastructure information held by the hosting provider has an identical retention period. 3. Language preference, cookie and local storage

The website offers German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Russian, Portuguese and Polish. The language code in the URL determines the displayed language. When you explicitly select a language, the selection is stored under “capex-green-language” in a preference cookie and in your browser's localStorage. The cookie is sent to this website with requests; neither entry contains a unique visitor identifier.

Storage serves the language preference you select. Where personal data is involved, we rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for this preference feature. You may delete the entries using your browser's site-data controls or block storage. A language explicitly specified in the URL takes precedence. For URLs without a language code, a saved preference or browser language can be used; otherwise German is used. The preference cookie expires after one year; the localStorage entry remains until deleted or overwritten.

The website application does not set its own advertising or analytics cookies. Data processed by external providers after you deliberately open their content is separate.

4. Optional Flourish price chart

Ember's chart using Montel data is provided through Flourish. According to its privacy policy, Flourish is operated by Canva UK Operations Limited, 33–35 Hoxton Square, London, N1 6NN, United Kingdom.

The embedded chart loads only after you select “Load price chart”. This click gives your consent to connect to the external provider. The provider receives your IP address and technical browser information. Content loads directly from its servers; it may process further technical usage data and use cookies or similar technologies. Our embed uses the “no-referrer” referrer policy.

Our legal basis for the optional embed is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can disable it at any time using “Disable chart”, which removes the embedded chart. This does not reverse processing already carried out or affect its lawfulness before withdrawal. You can also remove provider data already stored in your browser through your browser settings.

Our application does not persist your consent. After a full page reload, the chart is disabled again. You can use the website without loading it. Information about the provider's recipients, retention and international transfers is available in its privacy and cookie policies.

5. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, telephone or post, we process the contact details, message and other information needed to handle your enquiry. Please provide only information necessary for your request.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries, reflecting our interest in responding. Statutory retention obligations are based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

We retain correspondence for as long as required to handle the enquiry and any follow-up. Where statutory obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require further retention, the relevant correspondence is kept for those purposes.

6. External links and separate services

Links to sources, the backoffice and other external services lead to separate websites. When you open them, their providers process technical connection data and potentially other information under their own privacy notices. Registration and purchasing do not take place within this information website.

If a calculator is displayed, its inputs are processed temporarily in your browser only. The website application does not send these inputs to a server or persist them.

7. Recipients and international processing

Recipients may include us, service providers used for hosting, technical delivery and communications, and the chart provider when you activate the embed. Disclosure may also be necessary to meet a legal obligation or pursue legal claims.

These international providers may process data outside Liechtenstein or the European Economic Area, including in the United States or United Kingdom. Such transfers are subject to Articles 44 et seq. 8. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

Right to object: where processing relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object under Article 21 GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time without providing such grounds.

You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, particularly where you habitually reside, work or believe an infringement occurred. Liechtenstein's supervisory authority is the Datenschutzstelle.

9. Voluntary information and automated decisions

You do not need to provide contact or registration details to visit this information website. Technical connection data is necessary to deliver it. We may be unable to answer an enquiry if essential information is missing. The external price chart remains optional.

The website application does not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR and does not create its own personal advertising profiles.
