Company Purpose

Trading, import and export, and brokerage of materials and goods of all kinds, including the distribution of CO2 certificates.

The acquisition, holding, management, and disposal of real estate and land property domestically and abroad.

The acquisition, management, marketing, exploitation and disposal of domestic and foreign patents, licenses, know-how, intellectual property rights or protective rights of all kinds.

The company may establish branches or subsidiaries domestically and abroad, assume representations, participate in domestic or foreign companies of any kind (affiliated companies), finance them or establish or acquire such companies.

The company may invest and manage the company assets in investment forms of any kind domestically and abroad. For financing purposes, the company may take up or grant loans as well as credits or other liabilities with or without security, carry out financing for its own account and enter into guarantees and sureties for affiliated companies and third parties as well as issue securities, in particular to shareholders. These financial transactions do not include products and services that require special legal authorization from the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority.

The company may operate a business conducted in a commercial manner and may enter into all commercial and legal transactions and conclude contracts that may be suitable to promote the purpose of the company or that are directly or indirectly related to it.
